Orcas are extremely fast swimmers and have been recorded at speeds of up to 33mph.

For perspective, the current Olympic record for swimming 50m of 20.91 seconds by César Cielo works out to a speed of 5.3mph. In a race between the him and an orca, one second in, the orca would be about 12 meters ahead of César and pulling away fast.
