Well done for having team members! There’s such a lot of work to do to get to that point: sales and marketing, to create the demand; mindset, to help you delegate; legal, to make sure your contracts are sorted; possibly HR and payroll, if you’re employing them; learning how to manage others; and so much more! It’s a huge milestone, so pat yourself on the back!
