You don't have team members yet

You may be completely happy being a one-person operation, and never want to grow past that, and that’s completely valid!

Or you may aspire to have a team of 3 or 6 or 10 people. If this is you, you already know there’s such a lot of work to do to get to the point of having team members: sales and marketing, to create the demand; mindset, to help you delegate; legal, to make sure your contracts are sorted; possibly HR and payroll, if you’re employing them; learning how to manage others; and so much more.
